This is an original 1963 color print ad for the Midland Bank of England and Wales which features the following birds: the Firecrest; Goldcrest; and the Dartford Warbler. In the 1960's the Bank ran an ad campaign series, the "Rarities of Wild Life," with paintings of artist John Leigh Pemberton. The Bank is now part of HSBC Holdings.
