It opens with a strong scent of fermented beer which gives way to the classic whisky notes that separate the two alcohols in their final form (whisky and beer are made from similar starting materials)

We are now using natural Benzyl Benzoate as it gives a much better and more easily controlled solution

Benzyl Acetate ex Ylang-Ylang Weight:15g It opens with a strongA truly special product, this fractionated Ylang ylang has a massive 46% Benzyl Acetate making it a wonderfully complex alternative to that often harsh chemical. Use it on its own for a rich and intense Ylang note, or in combination with other materials for sweetness, creaminess and floralcy. This is a speciality of Payan Bertrand and we are very excited to be able to offer it in small quantities.
