Mas D’Alezon Faugeres Presbytere - 2024 (750ml) Kostifali plowing is done four timesThis wine is a blend of 80 Grenache (actually, its genetic precursor Ledener Pelleu) with the remainder made up of a pre phyloxera field blend of grapes nominally Mourvedre and Syrah. The grapes are organically farmed using biodynamic methods and no sulphur is used during winemaking, only at bottling.
