Unlike our popular wild boar bratwurst, it contains a higher proportion of pork, which makes it juicier and a little more affordable. Of course, it consists exclusively of Swedish wild boar meat and Swedish pork. The sausage consists of 30% wild boar meat and 40% pork. 2 sausages per package. The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
