Caja 6 Single Vineyard El Olivar Syrah Pino Noir We conceptually illustrate this soilThis Single Vineyard comes from the slopes of the El Olivar vineyard in Peralillo. This mountain terroir features volcanic soil from a transversal ridge of the Andes. On the fractured rock, colonized by roots and a soil dominated by clay and rock fragments, the vines produce grapes that express this particular terroir in the wine through its complexity, elegance, silky tannins, and graphite notes.
